Acceptance of Terms

By using the Waltair Robotics' KeeperHero system, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the machine.

Assumption of Risk (The "Waiver")

You acknowledge that soccer and physical activity involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: muscle strains, slips, falls, or injury from rebounding balls.

• Agreement: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using KeeperHero. You agree to release and hold harmless Waltair Robotics and the venue from any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained during use.

User Conduct

• Equipment: You agree to use the equipment only as instructed. You will not climb on, kick, or intentionally damage the robot or sensors.
• Safety: You must wear appropriate footwear. You must stand only in the designated kicking zone.

Video Release

You grant Waltair Robotics the right to record video of your gameplay.

• Your License: You are granted a limited license to use your clips for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., social media).
• Our Rights: We retain ownership of the footage. We may use clips for promotional purposes or internal analysis. (If you wish to have a specific clip removed, please contact support).

Refund Policy

Due to the immediate nature of the service, all sales are final. If a technical malfunction occurs (e.g., the robot does not move), we will issue a free replay code or refund at our discretion.
