How It Works
1. Create a profile (Sign Up)
Enter your phone number to check if you already have an account. If an account exists, you will be asked to choose a profile (if multiple) and verify via OTP. If no account exists, you will be prompted to create one by providing your full name (required) and an optional email address. OTP will be sent to the provided phone number to validate the account.
- Phone number must be 10 digits.
- OTP is 6 digits and can be regenerated if needed.
- After successful OTP verification, you will be redirected to the Book Session page.
2. Booking a play session
Choose a device/venue where you'd like to play. You can search the available devices, review details and confirm your selection. On confirmation, an OTP will be sent to your phone to finalize the booking and provide the game code.
- Search/filter devices by venue or device details.
- Confirm your selection and verify with OTP.
- On success, you'll receive a game code which can be used to play the game at the venue.
- You can also use this code to access your game videos after your session is finished.
3. Playing the game
When you arrive at the venue, use the touchscreen kiosk (tablet) at the game station. Enter the phone number associated with your Keeper Hero account and the game code you received via SMS. That will place you into the venue's queue; the kiosk will notify you when it's your turn. A venue attendant will be available to help with the process, equipment, and any questions.
- At the kiosk, enter your registered phone number and the 6‑digit game code you received.
- You’ll be placed in the venue queue; the kiosk screen will show when it’s your turn to play.
- An attendant will assist with safety checks, equipment and troubleshooting.
- After your session, we will send a link to your videos via SMS. You can also view them anytime at keeperhero.io/game-videos.
